Saravah Steimes

I am Saravah Steimes, a holistic therapist, hypnotherapist, and music therapist, trained in life coaching, energy healing, and shamanism. I also have 20 years of experience in primary education, which enables me to support children. I practice PTR conversational hypnosis, which is a form of hypnosis where we engage in conversation and you are encouraged to play an active role in your healing process.

I welcome you and accompagny you on your journey in a caring environment, focusing on the core of your being and your true self.

I offer a comprehensive approach in a unique and personalized setting, where I consider the individual as a whole, focusing on the physical body, emotions, communication style, relationship with the world around them, and their spiritual perspective, while also taking into account their family system.

Based on your issues, I help you overcome your emotional, physical, and spiritual blockages, release your unexpressed emotions, transcend your mental constructs, free yourself from stress and anxiety, identify transgenerational wounds, and reconnect with your heart. I may use various therapeutic tools during the session.

Therefore, holistic therapy aims to “heal,” “care for,” or “treat” an individual as a whole, by integrating the various aspects that make them who they are:

  • The physical plane (the dense physical body);
  • The energy planes (the subtle bodies of the aura, the chakras, and the meridians);
  • the affective and psychological planes (emotions and the mind, thoughts and beliefs);
  • the behavioral plane (their activities, lifestyle, habits, and actions);
  • the relational and social planes;
  • the environmental plane;
  • the spiritual plane.

I support you as a guide on this journey of reconnecting with yourself by helping you develop your autonomy. This self-healing work to address one’s own wounds is a profound process that requires courage and patience. This guidance enables you to free yourself from your various blockages and to find within yourself your own solutions, resources, and skills so that you can move forward on this path in a balanced and independent manner.

The goal of holistic therapy is to allow a person to regain health and overall well-being, by re-establishing a dynamic balance on these different levels.

During your first appointment, we will start with a discussion to identify your issues, difficulties, and suffering. We will determine together the frequency and number of sessions you will need.
