Elisavet Lada
A space to meet yourself, the other, and life as it unfolds.
My name is Elisabeth Lada.
My journey began in literature and philosophy. I studied at the Faculty of Philosophy at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, in the Department of French Language and Literature. I then completed a master’s degree in literary and theatrical theory, where I explored existential thought, phenomenology, and the anthropological structures of imagination.
Driven by a desire to understand human nature and the dynamics of relationships more deeply, I went on to pursue a master’s degree in psychology, which allowed me to bridge my philosophical foundation with a clinical and experiential approach to the person. From there, I chose to specialize in Gestalt therapy, an approach that brings together awareness, presence, and embodied experience in the here and now.
All of these studies have given me a strong foundation to support individuals in their uniqueness.
At the heart of my practice is the dialogue — not only between two people, but also between the “self” and the situation one is experiencing. This living dialogue becomes a space of discovery, where one can reconnect with oneself with authenticity and openness.
I work with adults seeking meaning, those experiencing suffering or loss, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, or grief — people who wish to rediscover inner movement where life currently feels stuck.
My goal is to help you broaden your perspective, reconnect with your inner strength, and make choices with more freedom and presence.
I offer sessions in French, English, and Greek, and provide online sessions in a safe, respectful, and deeply human space.
